The heavier hispanic lady “working” the front forgot both drinks, didn’t include napkins, got an attitude when we had to ask multiple times to get a literal empty drink cup as she practically threw the food on the counter, missing 2-3 items. She then proceed to be rude to myself and the other customers waiting during an rush for our food whilst she waddled around without a care in the world. A living room lamp could do the same job but with better effect and probably at twice the speed.

To the nice lady who worked the second drive thru window on 3/22/22@7pm, you were wonderful. So was the whole crew. I almost drove off without my card and she waved me down so I didn't. Excellent service.

This location is a joke after the renovations. You can't even get your drink yourself. Sorry. I'm not comfortable with that, when I've literally had an employee who works here wipe their nose using their hand and try to give me my drink.
They also made the lobby smaller so it is always super crowded. And there is always a really long line of people who haven't had their orders taken.
How about instead of focusing on a pointless renovation you actually hire enough people or train people to do their jobs right.

9:30pm. I ordered two hot n’ spicy chicken sandwiches and two small fries. I received two medium fries, very stale, and two chicken sandwiches with a straw wrapper in one of the sandwiches. (I did not order any drinks.)
Customer service was good. The cashier had the voice of someone in radio and was very polite. Food was subpar.
This location will do in a late night moment of desperation, but gods, they could certainly do better.

i come here less and less often because of the lack of quality in service and food. Managers are rude and neglectful and staff is clueless. My order was worth $5 and they forgot something. I got an attitude because they forgot something 👍

We have been going to this McDonald's for a long time. Just the other day, we found a mysterious object wrapped up in the beef of our burger! This object is definitely not edible!! We are completely disturbed and disgusted! I have a picture that I would love to share!!

Staff are friendly especially the managment who was absolutely amazing today. Food of course could use some improvement but never complained to much. All in all I do give 5 stars especially since the service was so great and can be hard to come by in the fast food world.

Considered this is not a full size kind, Overall is pretty good! I have been to other MDs that workers don’t even acknowledge me but this one gives decent service and my orders are always correct. What more do you need am I right?
