I went here to get some snacks and a Nintendo switch gift card. Everything was going fine until I got to checkout and went to pay for my items. When I put my card in the purchase didn't go through(not enough money on the card. I split up the purchase and used two different cards. When I went to pay for the gift card the man at the counter (some Indian guy) said I had to use cash for my purchase which has never happened before. I only had my cards on me so I bought the other purchase which went through. I left my gift card and went to get some cash from my car when I came back the guy said I didn't pay for the first purchase and I know I did and my sister also was there with me. He had me pay again and I'm 99% sure it was so he can have more money. Don't go here if an Indian guy is working at the checkout.

The store is very dirty. There is one man who works there who is clean, looks like he does his job, and is at least civil. Everyone else seems unkept and one has really bad BO. This same employee isn't attentive and is always talking on the phone with his earbuds, he honestly seems to not care at all. They waste time sitting on their phones when they could be cleaning up the store???

DONT EVER BUY TOBACOO OR VAPE PRODUCTS HERE. Get them somewhere else! Every vape product you find at this 711 you’ll find at a shop down the street for literally half the price! Also the customer service here is trash they treat everyone like they’re stupid. I bought vape pods here for 12.99 a week ago and this week they’re $25 bucks for the same thing when they’re between $10 and $13 at every other place in Fort Collins. As for customer service I’ve repeatedly seen almost every manager here treat myself my friends and family like they’re trash over the years. So don’t come to this 711

Nice store. Nice clerks. Some not si much. Always stocked up with all the snacks, candy, Togo meals, roller items, slushies. Fairly clean store. I noticed they placed a.. Very convenient Amazon locker outside. Makes for easy returns and all that jazz. Parking lot is super small but is in a more rural location so that's expected.

I would have given this 7/11 a 5 if not for the fact one of the clerks assaulted me and my mom because I asked him to remove an item because I didn't have enough to to pay for everything I grabbed. If you go there, be careful about one of the clerks. I wasn't able to get his name or and I can't describe him, but I can say he's not good at English and his accent makes it hard to understand him any ways.nother or than that problem, I've had no problems here

I'd give 0 stars if that was an option.. This place is just awful since it is under new management. All the employees who were there before the new management are all gone. I think the new manager hired all relatives and got rid of everyone else. The new employees are rude and will finish their personal conversations before helping you. The employees skip past rewards every chance they get then act like it's a big deal when you ask to use your points or to enter your phone number. How about just don't offer them. The employees stand in the parking lot with their wives/girlfriends and ignore patrons inside. Employees and their wives/girlfriends also park in the handicap spot, which is illegal as they never have a handicap placard on their rear view and it isn't on their license plate either. Also, EBT has been down since the new management...pretty fishy! Just despicable and trifling!!I hate it 😡

This is a neighborhood 7 11 that was recently changed hands to corporate. All the awesome people that made sure the store was perfect are gone since the change. The store has no coffee at 8 am, card readers don't work and then you have to deal with either the woman with her kid sitting her butt on the same counter as your food. Spend your money on businesses that actually pretend to want your business. Another corporate joke. I spent at a minimum of 600 a month here. Afios.
