Subway

The two workers at this location at 1:10pm gave me the BEST service I've ever gotten at a subway, and usually the service I get is just awful. They were attentive and knowledgeable, they were very good at multi tasking talking to me and making my sandwiches and dealing with their various tasks They knocked it out of the park

As a dasher I will never pick up from here again!! The team members threw away the online order by mistake which I understand. But the fact they made me wait an additional 20 minutes past the order delivery time was unacceptable!! I was not offered a single thing while I wait. I am on a strict time as a dasher, and they did not represent your company in the correct light. Disappointing.

The Subway company in general to me is three stars, but this particular location is worth four. I used to work in the area and ate lunch there frequently. The employees were really kind, friendly, would ask me how my day/week was going. The ingredients are pretty fresh, and while the location obviously stays busy, I've never ran into a line I couldn't wait in. They usually have fresh-baked cookies and they don't seem to run out of any ingredients.

I called the location on Elizabeth to place an order, they were open but had shut down online orders for the night anyways. The gentleman that answered was outright displeased to be talking to me, was of no help whatsoever. I asked if there was a fully loaded sandwich option and he just said `not really' and wasn't interested in telling me anything at all about available options. He didn't even want to take my order and let me know that the location that used to exist near me was closed for over over year. I told him I didn't really care as this was a pick up order and I called his specific location and verified that I knew exactly where it was. I will not give this store my business again.

Honestly, the wait time was bad. But it was Sunday morning, and the woman, who was completely by herself, worked as quickly as she could with a cheerful and apologetic attitude of serving the customers. I would say whoever manages this Subway needs to plan better. However, I am sure COVID has affected number of employees.
