Panera Bread

The kiosk I tried to use multiple times when I first came in didn't work. I called an employee over to help me with the kiosk, and it still didn't work. She went to the register and put my order in quickly and grabbed my food super fast. The Spinach Bacon Soufflé I ordered was delicious and perfectly warmed, and my parfait was good as well. I love when an employee comes in and tries their best to resolve an issue to get the customer what they need.

They have a self ordering kiosk which had issues accepting payment method. We had to move to another one and re-order everything by that time the breakfast menu disappeared since it was 11 AM. Again had to think about what to order. All this took a while and the order arrived to our table after a long time. And we see that what they had given us was an incomplete and incorrect one. They have options to customize the menu options on their kiosk which they do not customize when we receive the order. In the end it was a total waste of time and money.

This Panera bread has been an awful experience to order delivery from. Items constantly come in wrong, delivery is always 1hr+ and food arrives cold. They cancel orders after 40min of waiting without even telling us. Phone number to the place stopped working 4+ months ago and can’t reach anyone there—I wonder why.
