Went to get ice cream with the kids. Got to Baskin Robbins at 9 on a Saturday night. They don’t close until 10 but was met at the door and told they were closing early. Very unprofessional. If you’re going to advertise 10 then that’s what you should be open till. Will never go back.

Cash only. Credit only. No more cakes, no sodas, no pre-packed quarts, out of milk for milkshakes. What in the world is going on? Are you closing down? Any indication of anything besides handwritten signs on the door everyday?

Love this iconic ice cream store! It’s been a fixture in Franklin since the early 1980s! The employees are friendly and willing to hand out samples for taste tests. It’s a great place to take the kids and go for a date night. You can buy everyone a treat and not break the bank. There is seating inside as well as outside. They have ice cream cakes as well as pints in the freezer. It’s tucked away in a little spot just off the square in downtown Franklin. Grab a cone and take a stroll downtown!

We love Baskin-Robins and visit frequently but this location is always terribly dirty and the garbage cans completely full.

Changed their hours online to show that they are open but still closed - broken windows, unopened mail, and trash in the main room. Looks like it's not coming back :(

The Ice cream is amazing and the service is fast and friendly. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice frozen treat.

Very limited parking. Perfect timing or just luck whenever we visit, a car pulls out making available space for us to park everytime. Attentive service and nice people manning the place.
