Jersey Mike's Subs

Don’t know the lady’s name but whoever was working on Sunday around 3:30 with red hair and tattoos was the most rude Jersey Mike’s employee I’ve ever come in contact with. Acted like she was upset my family even came in to order from the moment we walked in. From the way she looked at us to asking what we wanted. Everyone else was really nice and the food was good so that’s a positive. Hopefully she was just having a tough day and isn’t always like that… idk

I've rarely had a bad experience at this location unlike the Nashville ones where the owners just don't care what goes on. Seems to me the ones here are open to honest criticism and do their best to rectify it.IMO Jersey Mike's is the gold standard of subs. More expensive but you get what you pay for which is superior quality and this location does a good job.

Favorite sub shop out there!!! Wish we had some near our area. Everything is super fresh from the meat to all of the toppings. The bread is super soft and fresh as well. Plenty of parking at this location. The staff were nice and quick to make our sandwiches. Prices are fair and you get a super good amount of meat for your money! Clean and quick, as well as filling!

I used to eat here all the time. The service was so poor I started driving across I-65 to the other location. I thought I’d give it another shot today, hoping things had improved since the remodel. Big mistake. I spent 25 minutes waiting in line. It took 3 people to figure out how to ring up my sandwich. The girl working the register rang up a more expensive sandwich. I pointed out the error. She corrected it, then charged me $14 for a $6 meal. Employees are sooooo SLOW! They appear to be confused & disinterested at all times. Very disappointing…

Great experience! Last night was the first time had ever had food from here. We loved it. My wife had the Philly cheese steak, she said it was perfect. The best she had ever had. I had the meatball sub and added peppers. It too was fantastic. Our 8 year old autistic son had the plain chicken sub and he ate it all. Besides the food being way above average, the service was also above the call of duty. There was only a two person staff and a long line. They handled it with speed and accuracy. It was exactly what a fast food experience should be, and a lot more. FYI the portions were also huge, and the price was very reasonable. Next time you're thinking subs, give it a shot, you'll be glad you did.
