Jimmy John's

Fresh food as always. BUT when they use the broom straight out of the hands of the guy sweeping the floor to drag a box off the storage shelf from above the food preparation counter top. The sandwich makers stepped back in and continue to make the sandwiches and 2 more before I could get up to ask them to wipe down counter top they argued that no dirt fell from the broom to the counter top. But yes they did wipe it down before making my sandwich.

Good food. Quick. However, their order accuracy at the drive thru could be a lot better. I asked for extra napkins I got no napkins. I asked for mayonnaise packet and got none. I asked for cheese on my tuna slim and didn’t get it. In addition on my #9 Italian night club they forgot tomatoes! Like seriously?!?! CHECK YOUR ORDERS FROM HERE FOR ACCURACY BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!

The food is always good. It's cold food. There is no hot food - I say that because I have a family member that asks what they have every time I mention if I had Jimmy John's to eat that day. The inside and drive thru are always quick. The app looks great and works great... However every time I make a pickup order for asap it takes about 5 minutes for a "we received your order" and 40 minutes to get notified that the order is ready. I don't know what the discrepancy is from order ahead vs order at the window, but there is a difference. The only reason I keep using the app is because it seems to be in that new app sweet spot "trying to incentivize app use" that they're giving away free sandwiches after ordering.
