Kfc

Drove 40 miles Nashville on the last day of our holiday from England to be able to go home and say I had eaten KFC in Kentucky. Arrived at 10.40, 10 minutes after they were due to open, to be told that they wouldn’t be able to serve until at least 11.30 as they haven’t got their computer systems or ‘anything’ turned on yet. Server was very polite and apologetic. Extremely disappointing nonetheless. There wasn’t a very good excuse provided for an hours delay in opening for service in my opinion. Must stress the server was polite.

Ordered 8 piece with 3 sides. Ordered extra crispy after waiting 10 minutes told they don't have any. Waited a few more minutes to ve told they don't have any fries. Then the employee hands me the food and his pants are around his knees with underwear showing. Horrible service and experience. Will not return!

Went through the drive thru today 7/9/22. They were not busy so they told us to pull forward they was waiting for fries. After waiting almost 15 minutes I went in. They didn't want to pull the fries that was beeping. The drive thru girl was telling a guy who clearly didn't want to be there to do our order. The place is very nasty.
