Food is good but dont go in the drive through. The service is horrible. Been going here since they opened and the past 3 yrs have been brutal. You can be the only one in line and they will ask you to wait. Ive timed it over 5 minutes. I usually deive away or go inside.

I don't usally post reviews on fast food chain restaurants because there very generic but this one is special. It's a a truck stop and my home town is in Charlotte the birth place of bo-j delicious food as always and boy eating this reminds me of home. Delicious food wouldn't have it any other way.
As a otr driver Shout out to the people at bo-j who decided to open one up here!

They were really busy in the evening but, they were still able to get my food out very fast. For this being my first time at Bojangles, it was really good and made a good impression! The food was hot and tasted really good. The cashier tonight was very kind and courteous. 5 stars

Employees were not wearing masks and several tables were in need of cleaning. Wish I had taken pictures. The man fixing our food had a mask down under his nose. An employee in the kitchen back, no mask at all. Drive thru person had mask partially on. Totally disappointed. Several people in line to order with no mask. Breeding place for COVID.

This location offers all you can eat on Tuesday and Thursday, plus staff brings you refills and seconds. Like having a waiter that doesn't want tips. Well maintained and good chicken.

Cashier makes you wait until they are finished w/car that's at the window at the time before they come to the speaker to take YOUR order.
Sat in line for 20 min. tonite before she ever asked me for my order. If it wasn't for that I would have given them 5.

First time to Bojangles and got the tenders. Breading is similar to Whataburger's tenders, but better. Still just average for tenders in my opinion. The seasoned fries and dirty rice were pretty good.

As with most things now days. People don't care or feel entitled. The food prep guy in the back of the kitchen thought it's okay to "wear" his face mask under his chin. Thanks for being concerned for your customers. If you would like potentially contaminated food - please go to this Bojangles. Not to mention, most people of our community go about their day without precaution. Okay. See you at Southampton. WEAR YOUR MASK PEOPLE. The theory of "it won't happen to me" may be your Achilles Heel. If you don't know the reference please Google it. No matter where you go - exercise caution for all.
