The Coffee Club

I'm not one to write bad reviews but this place takes the cake for worst food at a restaurant. The cheese on the nachos were burnt on the top and still shredded and unmelted underneath. They put tomato in my sandwich when I asked for NO tomato. The nachos served up has avocado that was still basically frozen and there was no sour cream and we only learnt the reason for the absence whilst listening in to their conversation in the kitchen. Oh and the eggs generally go on top of the toast, not under.... 👀

Service just slightly better than terrible. Food was underwhelming for the price. When paying top dollar I do expect more than the fast food level of "service". I also don't expect to have the manager come over and start cleaning the table while I am using it because you have decided to close two hours early. Poor to non-existant communication.

Me and my wife went in here for our breakfast and spent $55 on 2 big breakfast and hot drinks.. we had to wait nearly 45 minutes for our food to come after checking in at the table on the QR code. We wasn’t told there wood be a wait on the food otherwise we would of decided to go somewhere else maybe. Just being Curtiss would of change this matter of us not going there again. Also food was cold when it reached our table the mushrooms were not cooked.. very disappointed with this place since they have revamped it… drank out tea before the food was even served to us.

I usually don't bother with bad reviews but this was the worst food and service I have ever received from a coffee club restaurant. We waited for 1 hour to get a breakfast of 3 full breakfast,smashed avo and 3 crossaints. After complaining about the wait our food then was delivered one plate at a time. The wait stuff didn't even know what the orders were. The food was so pale, not appetising at all. Raw mushrooms with blobs of butter, it was the lowest standard of food I have ever been served. I will never recommend eating at this restaurant again.

Feel that service was not great at all. Steak cold. Request not adheared to. Want to support the coffee club in Frankston, but the standard is no where near where it was. Dissaointed that this has happened..Cutlery not cleaned properly, barriers not held down with sand bags on windy days being dangerous. Staff are nice but this doesn't cut it.
