I ordered online. 20 minuite wait in the drive through, then I was told to wait longer still when I finally got to the window. The server forcefully told me off for complaining. My 'unmanageable' order was 1 hamburger, 1 coffee, 3 frozen Cokes. Burger was ice cold, coffee was so bad I couldn't drink it, frozen Cokes were 2/3 full. I will not be back.

This is my local McDonald's store, located in a fantastic central food hub off the main road. The branch has been through different management over the years so the level of service varies. Recently the experience has been positive, with locals making full use of food delivery apps.
Plenty of parking outside and the self serve kiosks making the ordering process seamless and straight forward. Always great for a quick bite.

I went through the drive thru earlier this morning and it was a pleasant experience! Both girls that I dealt with at the seperate drive-thru windows were kind, polite and didn’t try and rush the order. I had to add something extra to my order when I got to the first window and they were SO accomodating and nice about it. It was wonderful to deal with lovely staff.
Wait time was really short too! ✨
Fries were slightly anaemic and cold - but a part from that it was a good experience!

Worst McDonalds I've ever visited. Chips are super stale, no sauces with nuggets (even when asked for them), coffee orders take forever. If you like waiting bays, definitely go there.

Super busy this morning and the staff were unbelievable getting orders done. People need to be a bit more patient when it is that busy. Well done team 👌

the staff are always very friendly, even when they are busy. Jade, the girl who made my coffee, is very talented, it was the best coffee i’ve ever had, and I saw her do some amazing latte art on it as she poured the milk.

WOW!! Karingal Mcdonalds youve done it again. My medium double-cheeseburger meal was outstanding. A young man by the name of Reuben I believe made my burger... he did a great job. Little light on the sauce but thats ok.

I don't suggest using menu log to order from this "restaurant" if you even want to call it that. The food is prepared before your driver gets there so your food is sitting there getting cold and soggy and when it gets to you its absolutely awful food. This place should be preparing food once the driver is there
