Amazing customer service!! This place is always packed with cars lining up at the drive thru but they have so many employees taking orders and the food comes out very fast. You can also order ahead on the app and do curbside pick up in the designated parking spots. The employees are very nice and accommodating. The food is always consistently fresh and good

I’ve been coming to this chick fil a for years and I’ve always had great service. Decided to write this review because Wesley, the young man who took our order at the drive through was AWESOME! I’ve never ever had a bad experience but this one with him was worth noticing. He was so kind, polite, and had great customer service skills.

I love the spicy chicken sandwich it has a perfect amount of spice and seasoning. The waffle fries were not to bland and not too salty just perfectly seasoned. My sweet tea was so good. And the meal all together was nicely prepared. The building itself was clean and the drivethru people was so generous and kind. This restaurant cares about their customers way more than how McDonald’s would. Definitely would pick chick-fil-A over McDonald’s 😌

I ordered the sandwich meal and a milkshake. The milkshake arrived quickly, but the rest did not arrive. I waited for my meal for 30 minutes. The people who ordered after me already finished their meals. I went to the front and asked the manager for a refund. I told him I've been waiting 30 minutes, and that I got the milkshake, but I didn't touch it. He told me he will look for the order. I quickly replied, "No I want a refund." He quickly gave it to me. He said, "Here you go sir" but he didn't apologize.

Finally braved the enormous lines for a Chick-fil-A sandwich....have been putting it off for a long time because the lines are always so long. Skipped drive through....both lines wrapped around back towards Home Depot...parked and went in...had to navigate around the 20 reserved spots for curbside to actually park and walk in. Inside...a madhouse and very crowded...but the store had a ton of employees working to keep things moving...dont know how many work usually on a Saturday at 2 but they were everywhere. The food? Wife had a salad and I had the spicy chicken sandwich combo...it was really good and ill definitely go back again...worth the enormous lines and crowds? I guess if you are in the mood but like I do when I see a huge line at Starbucks drive through...ill probably keep rolling by till another time. For some reason this particular Frederick location ALWAYS looks packed compared to some others I've gone to.

2 lines in drive thru right side can’t get just order of 2 chicken egg biscuits correct let 4 cars in left lane go thru completeing there orders comes back apologizeing I just exited would have been late for work Every time I been to this location not the best of experience I usually just avoid even going here altogether
