Quickway Japanese Hibachi

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERR, My father and I went into quick way today to get some food. The food was done and the order was wrong. Not to mention they messed up the customers food that was before and after our as well. While we were eating my father realized they charged him 3 times for our FOOD! we went and spoke to a worker there. Apparently there was no manager. He gave us a Number and told us to call manager. We had to argue with him to call a manger because that’s his responsibility. Not to mention his English was not good so it was very hard to communicate. He called manager and manager argued with us about money. We got charged 75$ extra! We had to send proof of transactions and manager wouldn’t refund us until I said I’ll go file a report at the police station. Then after going back and forth about situation on phone and us getting refund. We finally got our refund of 75$. This is literally worst customer service ever. Not to mention place wasn’t clean at all. This was my last time going here.

We like eating here constantly, always crowded and the food is good, but when you order invance your food should be ready .sometimes they for get to put the sauce so mine was dry it was hard to eat because I have had neck surgery and a fusion so it's hard to swallow anything dry or over cooked. But it's good food.

Horrible customer service Asian kid at the counter on feb 19 2022 9:34 pm was rude made me walk out in the cold over 9 cents had a right mind to throw it at him decided on this review instead everytime I come here I get bad customer service from him, and I think it’s time to find a replacement. And the glass is now so dirty you can’t see through it.

I been eating here twice a week because the food is good ! I always ask for extra sauce because they only give one and never have issues so today I order my lunch on the phone I came to pick up I ask for extra sauce and they said I have to paid 0.53 they never charged me before! Others day they always ask if I like and extra sauce! So today very disappointed poor customer service!

First time eating here, I ordered the chicken bento and the chicken hibachi, I liked the noodles and chicken, the dumplings and spring rolls were ok I wouldn't recommend them. Both plates came with yum sauce but if you want more they will charge ¢50 per container, something that is free of charge if you eat at Mt Airy's Quick fire hibachi.
