Dunkin'

We placed a mobile order for drive through pick up. There was one car in front of us. We waited at the order station for a very long time before someone greeted us to ask how they could help us. When we told them it was a mobile order we moved right to the window and were on our way quickly. During this time the drive through line grew quite long behind us. I would have appreciated if they greeted us right away and said that they would be with us shortly.

Wanted to take the time to personally praise and show gratitude for the staff at this location, as they were only suppose to be fulfilling mobile orders from within inside because of ongoing issues, which is fully understandable. But my family and I were traveling in a RV and could not use the drive through (not fitting) so they took the time and effort to allow us to order our items inside without having to use mobile ordering. Just wanted to personally give thanks and show appreciation for how well you took the time to take care of an inconvenient situation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!! AGAIN, THANK THE STAFF & MANAGEMENT for all their hard work. A+++ 🪙

The girl at the cash taking our order was rude. The menu screen for food was broken and they would not specify what food options were available. We are from Canada and found the food extremely greasy/salty and the iced coffee way too sweet. The regular black coffee was decent or I would have said 0/5.

I went here after having issues with the four mile fork location. I thought I would have better luck with this location. No such luck. After parking and going inside, I was told the inside was closed. I then go back out and through the drive thru but they were just about out of every flavor donut they sell. I should've just went to the one in walmart when I was in that area for all the disappointment of dealing with the two on this side of town.
