Din Ding Dumpling House

Really delicious! Xiao Long Bao is pretty yummy as good as the ones in Din Tai Fung Valley Fair and of course cheaper and not a long wait in queue. I placed an order online chose the time I wanted to pick up, when I picked up the foods still hot and continued to be hot when we got home. Because the pandemic, only pick-up is available, but for sure it’s taste better when serving hot in the restaurant. We tried Pork , Shrimp, Pork&Crab Xiao along Bao, my favorite is Pork&Crab. Pork belly Burgers is also a must. Chicken & Shrimp Baos is ok. Slices Beef is flavorful and pretty tender. Shrimp & Pork Pot Stickers is also a good choice too.

Our first time in this location since we went to the Union City one. The soup dumplings taste just as great and the service was super fast. The noodles somehow they felt more al dente in the Union location than this one. But we did try the spicy beef noodle first time — which was absolutely delicious. The soup is spicy and sweet and the brisket was very tender. I’d definitely recommend it.

I came here again after almost 2 years without going to this restaurant with high expectations. I have to say I was really disappointed with the quality of the food it has definitely dropped. I haven’t had food all day and I only ate at this place and I got stomach ache. Not only that all employees were wearing mask except for that one guy who brought us the XLB. Please wear the mask if you are going to be delivering food to customers. Review 2 years ago: If you thought Ding Tai Fung was good then you would like this place even more . The XLB was juicy and delicious. The beef noodle soup was so flavorful and the noodle were nice and chewy.

This place is goood and worth a try. They are usually super busy. We ordered two dishes. And each meal comes with a potato salad appetizer!: 1. Pork Xiao Long Bao: The skin is perfectly thin, similar to Din Tai Fung. The meat is not too fatty but I actually would prefer if it were a little fattier. But they are still full of flavor. This is one of my favorite XLB places. 2. Qishan Minced Meat Noodles: Woo eee these are spicy even though they don't look spicy. Not exactly minced meat, more like chopped sliced meat but it's still very tasty. The thin egg on top is a nice touch.

My new favorite dumpling spot! The pork xiao long baos came steamy hot and none of the dumpling skins broke, so the yummy soup was completely in tact. The dumpling skin was nice and thin and the dumplings themselves were pretty big. The pork and shrimp shou mai was also really good. The spicy wonton was a smaller portion but tasty! We also got an order of string beans. For 2 people it was $40 and there was plenty leftover. Price is very reasonable. I left feeling full but not disgusting - the food feels clean and not greasy.
