Came in today about 530 and orders a 3pc CRISPY chicken. I requested 2 thighs and 1 leg. See picture because I got 1 Thigh and 2 legs and 1 of the legs hardly had any skin. 😡Then I noticed NO biscuit, but 2 chocolate chip cookies. That was nice, but I wasn't offered the choice and I cant eat chocolate 😡
Terrible. I won't come back to this store, I'll go to Mowry instead

Just got home to eat. My girlfriends mashed potatoes were not mixed correctly and had large clumps pf powder throughout her tub. Do not recommend eating at this location again.

This had kind and helpful staff and we had a big order and they were making sure we got all items and worked with us; even offered a drink while we waited :)

I just order hot wings from them. The service was very poor! The sales girl did not know how many chicken wings goes into a package! Once we got the chicken, it was dripping in oil and it looks like it was cooked with very old oil. The chicken did not smell right. We had to throw it away! It looks like the franchisee just put his family members to run the place without any training!

It seems to me that KFC no longer cares about their customers. They still expect you to eat outside like an animal. Most businesses big and small have open dining.

No one was operating the register. Stood there for five minutes and no one greeted me. Most of the cooks were unmasked or were wearing their mask below the nose.

I don’t like the KFC fried chicken. The food is too oily. They don’t have the fries they only have the chicken. The people are so unprofessional.

I bought a chicken sandwich, fries and a Diet Pepsi and was disappointed! The fries were about 1/2 of the container that should have been filled, the chicken was quite small, not crispy and I had a difficult time trying to understand the person who took the order. Since then, I have never been back to this site. I recommend the Union City KFC, sandwich is big, fries are delicious and right quantity.
