Pizza Hut

We ordered a 3 topping pizza on 5/23/2022 when we got home there was Harding any topping or cheese. I wrote a review about it and the Manager from Fremont Oh stated he would give me $ 10.00 credit for 30 days if I wanted it. After a week I emailed back and said we wanted it. Nothing happened so I called the Fremont Ohio hut to see we’re the credit was. After a while they said they didn’t have our phone number but they had our email. Finally we go the $10.00 credit. Today is 6/19/2022 went to use the credit and it is gone. What kind of person do they have managing this Hut ? This is sad and no wonder there business is slow. We are getting pizza from there competition from now on.

I returned to the Fremont Pizza Hut after not having eaten there for at least the past 6 months or better after a bad pizza experience that resulted in my throwing the entire pizza out. I was pleasantly surprised at our pizzas this time and will be returning. I love the taco pizza and it was made exactly the way it should be. Thanks. :)

I ordered for delivery I paid with a credit card the money was taken off my card but the people working said they couldn’t see any payment on their end and that maybe I would be refunded in 2 or 3 days and if not I can call back ??? I spoke with a manager who told me the same thing and asked for a corporate number I was told there isn’t a number for their corporate but found it easily on Google. I was in disbelief that an actual company can steal 40 dollars from you and tell you maybe they’re refund you but that’s all they can say.. I’ll never order from them again and wouldnt suggest anyone else to either at least with a card as a payment.

Last time I order from this particular Pizza Hut. They never have the food ready for pickup on time. I wouldn’t mind waiting 5 minutes but everyone I order it says the order will be ready in 15 minutes and always ends up being 40 minutes. I don’t understand why because there are never any cars in the parking lot so they can’t be that busy. Might be better delivery but my guess is most likely not because they never seem to be concerned or have a sense of urgency.
