Today will be the last day I ever spend money at Jimmy John’s! Time and time again my sandwich has been wrong or the meal will be missing the cookie or chips. If I spend my money on your food I should get what I paid for. If I ask for extra avocado and get charged for it and it ends up having no avocado that’s a problem. There is no rectifying this, I’m completely fed up with JIMMY JOHN’S all around. This coming from someone who has given your company a lot of money over time. Best of luck, you lost a great customer!

In a world where customer service isn’t great anymore I’m giving Fremonts jimmy johns a 5 star. They usually always have good workers there but Jessica has incredible customer service & was more than kind/patient!

My family was so happy with dinner last night they all wanted it again. Tonight not 1 sandwich was correct.

Sat at the drive through menu for 10 mins. Had to pull up to the window and honk horn to get attention.
Was told to drive around again to place our order.
Our sandwich was also incorrect but after that experience we didn't feel like anything would be done about it.

I paid for my order at the window got my bag and drinks handed to me, then the girl just walked away and I sat at the window for about 2 minutes because we did not get straws and no one came back to the window. I also paid for kickin ranch and did not get any with my order!!

Food was great!! Place is nice, clean and people are nice I think that I will switch my sub place to Jimmy John's now!! 😋😃

For the most part they get orders right when we go pick up but lately on my delivery orders my sandwich is always missing something crucial (like avocado on a veggie sandwich). They need to be a little more conscious of their delivery orders especially when being tipped to bring out an order.
