Jack In The Box

They had me drive around to the window since the young man could not hear me at the drive through. One of the orders was suppose to have curly fries. The gingerale was no ice. After driving to the window, I found out they no longer had the Sriracha combo the other people wanted...yet no menu at the window. So I had to just rush and choose something. And, of course....no ketchup.

Had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was fresh, hot, and tasted good. Remembering how thankful I am that they are open on Christmas Day. Saying that first and this second the drive service is kind of all over the place. Most of the time my order is placed, I drive up, pay, get my food, and drive away. But sometimes no one is there to take my order, sometimes they have trouble understanding or hearing me, and a few times the wait is very long in the drive thru. Larger orders should be delivered to the car in the parking lot after payment.

I just came through the line. Both my tacos have no cheese and as you can see for the other has no meat. Got a salad yet no dressing was in my bag. Everything wasn't even in it's bag like they just throw food in the bag and call it a day. Asked for a soda for a soda and had to wait another minute . To get a flat soda with no ice. Like what's the problem here.
