Taco Bueno

It's usually really good however this time it was not. It didn't taste like the same high quality ingredients that they usually use. We got a couple of party tacos, party quesadillas, party Taco roll ups and a muchaco. The muchaco shell tasted stale and the beans tasted burnt. I will absolutely still go back because Taco Bueno is still way better than Bell and Cabana even on their off day!

Just went there ordered through the Drive Thru got charged $1.39 for a MED Powerade that I didn't order. I've been trying to call the phone number on the receipt which rings several times then goes to a busy signal. Tried calling calling straight from Google Map which that phone number is no longer in service. The food was alright except for the chips which was stale.

It's been awhile since I've been to Bueno - it used to be my "go to" but quality had gone down and the seasonal rotation of Tortilla Soup meant I couldn't get it when I liked. Yesterday some of the chips were stale, but everything else was perfect. Their beans and beef have returned to form! I got a beef and chicken chilada - they use shredded chicken now instead of the grilled chicken breast and it was a bit different, but still good. I prefer the beef now though. Muchaco was great, I've always loved the salsa... And the queso is perfect for pouring over everything like the perfect cheese gravy Nacos, Tacos, and the party quesadilla made everyone happy... and full!

2 stars because food was edible. Service was bad.. hire more staff if long waits for customers is an issue. We were waiting 15/20 minutes. That's not fast food. And the quality of how they made it was poor. The juat slapped the tacos together. They only filled my rice HALFWAY and the salsa bar was questionable. The cilantro was getting low and the stuff at the bottom was BLACK completely rotten they don't use the first in first out method they just put new cilantro on top of rotting.. It's probally the same with the salsa to. My advice to cooperate is staff the facility better and enforce regulations better. The quality from the service, to the food was bad.
