I had the best experience at Starbucks ever. Patient and super helpful !! Shift Manager Ryan B. Helped us with our order and she was fast and Courteous!! excellent customer service skills!!! Will make this my store for sure!! Thanks Ryan

This is my favorite Starbucks in the DFW now! Everyone is always in a good mood & their service is fast. Stephanie is always working hard with a smile on her face & IT IS HER BIRTHDAY TODAY! I highly recommend this Starbucks location.

I hate that every time I want to order ahead, they have it shut off. Don't offer mobile ordering and pick and choose when you want to allow it. I understand staffing may be an issue but the online gives estimated times, instead of customers being annoyed to sit in the lines.

This location really can’t figure it out for some reason. Wait times in the drive thru are always 20+ minutes when there’s only a few cars in line. It’s not even busy enough of a location to be this slow…
You’ll pull up to the ordering screen and everyone has to wait several minutes for them just to take your order.And they’re not very polite either.
This will be the third time I’ve left to go to Scooters instead. It’s a longer drive but the service is quicker, kinder and they give your dog a bone if you bring them!!!
I just moved to the area and unfortunately this is the closet location. Hopefully they get it together… on Nextdoor dozens people even commented on how bad this location is.

I don't think I will ever go back to this Starbucks location again. I went to order a couple of drinks in person, and the woman taking my order was very nice. She was new and needed some help with my order. My roommate works for Starbucks and so I understand that some people just make really complicated drinks, and are very impatient and rude about it. I know my first drink was a bit more complicated so I have no problem being patient with them. She went to ask for assistance and a redheaded woman came to help her. She seemed a bit rushed but I didn't think anything of it, but as I was finishing my order a barista came over to look at my order and the redhead woman said "yeah, it's a lot" to which the barista made a kind of strained breath out as if I made the most complicated order ever. I wanted to say something, but didn't want to make a scene over it. I got my order and left. I felt like I was being shamed for ordering a drink I really wanted, and left not wanting to even drink it. I really like Starbucks, but I don't think I ever want to go back to this store for fear I'm gonna be shamed again.

Purchased $28 worth of coffee beans. Cashier didn’t bother to say hello and thank you. She simply walked away without giving me my receipt. Very rude

Not very busy during an afternoon visit but two of four orders were served with options that had been expressly declined. No drive through here so the cause of the inattention to the errant orders is perplexing. There is seating outside which should become popular during more congested time slots.
