Mcdonald's

This location is convenient due to the fact that it is located inside Walmart, and we can grab something to eat before grocery shopping. But the dining room is always dirty and it has a smell (to be more specific it smells like pee and dirty dish rags)!! Some of the employees are customer friendly others have a face like they don’t want to be there. You ask them something they give you attitude and since the tables are always dirty there is always a lot of flies!

Usually clean on the night shift, but since they are short on staff during the day, it could use a little cleaning up. Saw flys and a few things that needed attention. Can’t control everything, but that’s just my opinion. However, the food was freshly served and the customer service is usually pretty good.

An absolutely horrible experience. We ordered fish filets but they burnt the bread, only gave HALF a slice of cheese and barely a drop of tartar sauce. When we sent the sandwiches back to fix it, the manager named Alta said that we had to pay 40 cents extra to get a normal sandwich. I honestly couldn’t even understand what she was saying half the time. Terrible management, but the customer service wasn’t that bad. Definitely will not be coming back. I suggest the manager get fired.

Friendly and accommodating stuff. I had an order at 6 in the morning for 4 Big Macs and for 10 piece meals of nuggets for a doordash delivery and McDonald's employee graciously agreed to make an order that they did not have on the menu so I could fulfill my doordash. I give them a 5 start and greatly appreciate their help.

This location used to be convenient to stop at on the way home when in need of a quick dinner but they no longer carry the daily specials and today the store was dirty, only one cashier who had to use three different registers to ring up my order because she messed it up whilr taking it the first time. Then it took over 15 mins to get my order as the manager was the only one cooking and handing out orders. Will not be back.

We came to Walmart often because it’s convenient but management especially manager at McDonald’s can barely speak English. She took our orders twice when we ordered the food. Both occasions the orders of Southwest grilled chicken salads were missing something. First occasion she didn’t give us the Ranch dressing we asked and when we came back and asked she said they ran out the Ranch dressing and gave us a different one. Second occasion we ordered the same salad and the salad was missing the corn and beans. When asking her why the beans and corn were not in the salad, she first said that’s how we ordered it. We told her that we ordered it like we used to. She then later said her McDonald’s ran out of beans and corn. The unprofessional thing about her service was that she never told us in advance or before we purchased the salad and she never apologized for the missing corn and beans or the Ranch dressing at all. I can’t believe McDonald’s hired unprofessional people to run their restaurant(s).

This place is horrible. I wish that I couldn't not put a star it was that bad. Customer service is atrocious. How do you not serve your food the same way as other McDonalds? I ordered my kids the 6 piece happy meal and they didnt even give then the serving of fries. When I asked why it was only half full they said that's how it comes. Nor was there any apples, not even a yogurt in the bag either. Never has any other McDonald's done that. When I tried to ask the manager she stood in front of me and ignored me, continuing to stock the counter. Dont eat here. I knom you dont like your job, but that's no way to treat paying customers.
