worst wing stop ever horrible customer service cold fries , wings i let 2 employees know sprite and fanta were out of the drinking machine. literally said let me check , never came back the other lady said “ Go check on the other side” which i was confused but the other machine was out as well. i waited nothing was said to me. this was at 11pm if you don’t enjoy your job simply look for another one 😬 those cashier’s need another JOB .

I love wing stop but the customer service is Terrible here. I was ordering at the register and this small tomboy with a nose ring , Caught her attitude for no reason I just ask her to repeat what she had said cause I didn’t hear her and she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes. Then when I go to sit down at a table to wait for my order she supposedly (“accidentally”) which I hope it was an accident , hit me with the chair while she was putting them up , cause they were closing up, She did not even bother to say sorry so my boyfriend said something to her and she ignored him and still didn’t say sorry and I know she heard him. If you hate your job you shouldn’t take it out on your customers. Like girl you don’t even know me what is your beef… regardless of how your day went or is going you should not take it out on your customers! And on top of that my food was cold like seriously. SMH terrible. Get it together wing stop Smfh ! Friday 10:45pm

I love wingstop but this time I had the worst experience with the delivery of my food and the management . I waited over an hour for my food and it never arrived when I called the store the manager romina said that wasn't her problem and I needed to call Doordarsh but I order my food through the wingstop app I paid for my food and a delivery fee plus a tip to wingstop not Doordarsh . It doesn't make sense to me the solution I was given At the end of the night I never got my food and I am still so mad 😠 😡 😤
