Please close this place down, the employees obviously don't need the job. I got the big box n more, the strips felt like rubber, they said they only had mac n cheese so I was given two sides of flan shaped Mac n cheese, a biscuit (best part, wow) and a pie that has the time written on it? 3:40? I ordered after 5... I asked for honey, buffalo sauce and cocktail sauce, didn't get any, not even napkins or plasticware. Take this place out of its misery

Simple order, did not get what was ordered. Sides half full, chicken was dry.
Use to be a good place to eat, appears it has went down in quality. I will not be going back.

The most ghetto Popeyes ever. You will think you left Garland and arrived somewhere else. The employees just look at you and provide zero customer service. You purchase a combo and they will tell you a drink doesn’t come with it when you see it there shown in the picture with the price. Then you open up your food to see they just threw the items on there without any care. Just pitiful.

I would give this place 0 stars but that not possibke they never got our food to us after 20 minutes they were fully staffed and were not busy and when I approched them for a refund they acted dumb and asked if we had already eaten the workers were unbelieveable and lazy so in conclution find somewhere else to eat. I also believe that some of the workers inside were high

Sorry I can't give this Popeyes the "0" they HIGHLY deserve😠. They don't open on time. staff rude. HUGE language barrier, when trying"Proper"Spanish.
