Never have I ever ordered hard over cooked onion rings. Can there please be a manual for whomever is on the fry station to please make sure you #1 change the grease, & #2 please pay attention to the timer #3 please don’t drop anything that’s been cooked to heat it up or whatever the case may be. Here’s to no onion rings tonight for me

This place has always been fast when compared to other locations during rush hours. Never had any issues with exceedingly long wait times, wrong orders, or rude employees. Always been great. The only downside is the location and trying to exit during heavy traffic flow. It's one of the reasons I often made the drive to the Centerville location, but honestly their efficiency and service surpasses the other locations by miles.

I've given up in this location. Too many bad customer service experiences. The last time I went, the payment system wasn't working. The guy came out to tell me that he will take my payment when he brings the food. He then left because it was the end of his shift. The order was "lost" when I asked a coworker.

Service was slow. It was happy hour and it's to be expected. Food fresh and hot and drink was good.

I'm a door dash driver and I was picking up a late order and Chris the manager trainee brought me my order. I want to say his positive attitude and demeanor is just above and beyond so much. Good job Chris!

We asked for mustard on our burgers... we got burgers DRENCHED in mustard! Mustard dripping off everywhere. What a mess!
We both had onion rings...ONE packet of ketchup for the both of us.
Strictly amateur hour at Sonic every time we go there.
Get a shake? Top half all whipped cream.
Giving up on Sonic. Going to Braums from now on.

On the slow side of service. I had an online order, checked in waited over 15 minutes. People that got here well after myself were getting their orders before. I rang the button to see what this issue is. The guy came out and said their were a lot of people before me. Come on, really?

They don’t even deserve this 1 star. While ordering the young boy taking the order kept repeating everything I said in a mocking manner. Acting as if he didn’t know the items. After the third item and me being quite annoyed I looked in the window to see 3 teen boys laughing and the female employee by the drink machine laughing as well. They were playing. At that point I told them to cancel the order. I will not go back to this location.
