I didn't like KFC for a long time, but it has become my favorite place for fried chicken. The pieces are nice-sized, juicy, and fried to order. I like their special fries too. The prices are good in today's world. This restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly enough.

Their chicken is the WORST!! I’ve been here several times hoping the next time would be better than the last but nope! You got young workers that just want to goof around on the job. Yesterday I went through the drive thru and while I was ordering the girl was laughing and was not helpful at all. I get my chicken it’s drenched in grease and the crust was stale and chewy! I through it away instantly. The biscuits that was in the box was hard as a rock and could not break it in half. This KFC has to be the worse one I’ve been to and definitely does not have it together. It’s just GROSS! 🤢

The service was great but the chicken was the worst!!! Go back to original recipe., I've been eating KFC for 40yrs and I was so disappointed I'm not going back to KFC or recommend to anyone. Sorry colonel Sanders corporate screwed your what was excellent chicken!! Thank you

This review is based on the extra crispy fried chicken. It is awful. It doesn't stand a chance against any other DFW fried chicken joint. It taste like chemicals. I've noticed it for several years and had to speak up. Chicken pot pie is great. Bring back the wedges!

Wife and brother got food poisoning yesterday and are seriously ill, after we each had a crispy chicken sandwich. I am disgusted. Me and my wife did not sleep last night, as I was wondering what could of got her so sick (she had uncontrollable chills, and vomiting). Who else recently had this problem, I want to sue this place? Stay away from this KFC if you care about your health.

This is not the place to go! I told the lady my order 4 times, and even asked her at the window if x amount of things were in my bag. She said yes! I get home and the order is wrong....so for 20.00 I got 4 tenders and 3 pieces chicken.....go inside or check your order before you leave!! O ya and the phone number on the receipt is a non working number...go figure!!

Unfriendly, and for being short staffed didnt stop girl at window from leaning, checking her phone and tapping her nails. Mac and cheese was cold and lumpy and chicken was burnt.
