Grill'd

There were four staff working and not one of them seemed interested in seating us. I don’t think I ever heard any of them actually speak to a customer. Once we ordered we waited what seemed like quite a while for our food. The chicken was burnt, ruining the entire flavour of the salad. The “croutons” were just bits of what looked like a roll cut up and the lettuce was old in parts. We paid about $65 and ate a quarter of each salad and left the rest.

Absolutely freshly made. I am so impressed with the meals that they offer, especially ‘choose your own bun’. Located in a great space, not too busy and everything is located easily. Me and my siblings ordered 3 kids meals (cheeseburger mini, with chips and a kids juice box.) Was perfectly enough even for a 13 year old. There were so much variety’s of different snacks and meals, it is idle expensive but not too expensive. Pick your own seat is a good option, both back and front / outside have good seat plans and plenty of space. After you order the waiting time does take a few minutes but definitely not pass 20. Food comes in great condition, staff and workers are very kind and helpful when needed. Donations for support are at the entrance, once and again beautifully made. I definitely recommend trying lunch or dinner here during the weekends or school holidays.

Not a great experience, we went about 330/4pm on a Friday afternoon and were the only people there (there was 3 of us). Staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. What was disappointing was how long it took for our food to arrive, yes there was a couple people come in to pick up orders (uber eats and take away- but only a couple) eventually we got our burgers, I had the baa baa which was really really nice even though a little cold, but I did order and pay for pickles as extra and it didn't come with them. Our burgers came out without our chips and the staff member said they'd burnt them so they were cooking more, the fresh batch seemed to take a long time as well and were on the border of over done/burnt as well. They did give us some free sauces for the chips that were really good though.

Food was cold. Ordered using the QR code. Drinks didn't turn up until we chased them up. Then only half the drinks arrived. Waitress asked us to produce receipts to prove we actually ordered them. Instead of her going to check at her end what was actually ordered. Not a good experience for us. $15 - $16 for a cold burger. Maybe we got them on a bad night. Maybe....

Good Friday - Asked 3 times to get a table wiped when we were the first people in the restaurant. Incorrect order was taken with some sort of Mayo. Asked for it to be corrected and then they just wiped the burger and pineapple of the Mayo and returned it…… in the process my chips were also removed off the plate and then they didn’t replace them. Worst experience ever. Have complained on the website let’s see what is the response. No excuses when we were the first ones in the restaurant and it isn’t busy.

It's really gone down hill over the last few visits. Food has been very average. The sweet chili HFC bites have been partially covered with sauce and the burgers have been either dry or soggy. Last time we went the onion rings were like they'd been petrified for the last 100 years. Have been going to waurn ponds even though it is further out of our way. Waurn ponds is top notch every time. Oh and grill'd management, bring back the hot bites please! Was my favourite part of getting grill'd. Will happily change my review if it gets better. We will try again at some point.
