Disappointed with the service at boost juice Westfield Geelong. No one serving with 4 staff chatting over the service entrance, below average customer service

Worst service possible. The girls working clearly had little interest in being there & were so slow they were almost going backwards.! Waited close to half an hour for our drinks, which when we received were watery. Expensive drinks when they are not how they should be. Others waiting for longer before us didn't even receive their drinks. Will not be back. If I could give half a star, I would!

Online says they close at 6pm today. They refused to make a juice at 5:05pm and said only smoothies. I can’t drink milk. Very poor, it’s not hard to make a juice. Also called the number on google page and a random guy answered and said it’s not boost juice when I asked.

waited 30 minutes for a drink and theu didn't even make it. I tell them this and they still don't make the drink for me. ended up paying 8 dollars to not even get a drink

Staff are super efficient when completing orders and understanding when changing ingredients. I love that they ask if you'd like a paper or plastic straw (paper for the win)
