Ordered 4 drinks and some cheese sticks, took 30+ minutes to get our stuff and they forgot one of the drinks. They weren't busy there were maybe 3 other cars there, when we asked for the missing drink she went in then came back to ask for our recipt. I'm guessing whoever she talked to wanted to be sure we weren't trying to steal a rt 44 vanilla coke.

These wond er rful people know their products! They know what you're ordering even if you don't... I ordered a "medium brownie thingy", and brought if right to me. The people are friendly and you'll always be welcome!!

Larry and his team need to be commended. I was highly upset with my order online. I tried calling 30 minutes before the phone was answered. Larry was very friendly and helpful in ensuring I got my order correct and the car hop who came out was so friendly as well

They will never give you ketchup no matter how many you put in app. So I called them back and asked for ketchup and they brought 3 packages out and said here’s your “extra” ketchup. I said I order 4 orders of fries and an order of tater tots and I didn’t receive any ketchup so this isn’t “extra”. Then I got home and they left out one off the $4.09 burgers I ordered. Try to call back and they didn’t answer. But seriously why so stingy with ketchup?

I waited 15 minutes for 1 single drink. I used to work at sonic as a manager drink only take less than 2 minutes. Also the carrots could take out more than one order at a time to help with their ticket time! This is crazy!
