Getting seated is a wait, because people paying getting taken care of first.Server Dre & Tiffany are awesome The omelets are amazing.The sausages are homemade.Real clam chowder.The Ruben is fresh with real corn beef & homemade rye the best.The Ruben is great,the prime rib on Friday & Sat is the best;12 oz & is $19.99. I love this restaurant, it's decor, and the warm feeling it brings especially during the holidays. I've eaten here a few times but first time at this location and the food, service, restaurant quality is always a great experience. Had The Grizz which came with two eggs, bacon and sausage and hame (2 slices each) but I always do their sausage because it's so good, links are huge! And I got six of them! Choice of fruit, grits, hash browns, or red potatoes (I always so has browns but red potatoes are good too! Also comes with 2 huge, soft cake-like sweet cream pancakes with a little powdered sugar, so warm, sweet, and delicious overall! Grandfather had the same with red potatoes and he loved it! We sat right down, service was really good. Our waitress consistently checked on us, and food came out so fast! One of the toilets were backed up in ladies room, and water overflowed but that stuff happens. They fixed and it very quickly and left the other stall open for use. $42 for coffee, iced tea, and our two meals and was well worth it! Highly recommend for a great breakfast at a great price!

I ordered their Thanksgiving dinner through door dash and is was wonderful! Thank you for being open and offering a very well rounded meal for those of us that do not have plans on this holiday. (The picture of the main meal is half eaten because it smelled and tasted so good I forgot to take a picture earlier.) Thank you!

2nd time going. Had what I got which was The Bigfoot special. 10 oz chicken fries steak with gravy. 3 eggs over easy country potatoes and 2 massive biscuits. Traded one biscuit for a pancake with my guest. In all an excellent dining experience. And I think they have actual Maple syrup because it made the pancake taste the best I've ever had. Price was small compared to the large portion size.

Best diner ever. It's more like a restaurant than a diner. This one has the largest selection of menu items, with the largest portion sizes, for the lowest prices. The jukebox with classic tunes is very nice, the log cabin decor is rustic and relaxing. The servers are nice. The gift shop with the various black bear items are great. We bought two bears already! I'm coming back to this place again and again, not joking. It's like a buffet for the quantity, but lower than buffet prices. Seriously, you have got to try this place. I've been very impressed upon each visit. The menu items in my attached photos are 15 bucks or less per entree. You will always need a to-go box.

Customer service was great. The food was delicious. The kids' menu states that if you purchase a kids' meal after 11am, you get a scoop of ice cream with your choice of topping for FREE. That wasn't the case. I ordered 3 kids cheese burger slider meals for $6.49, but when I got the check, they up charged me $1.50 more for each meal.

This was our first visit. We had breakfast, it was good. Prices are not bad. The only problem was the service. We waited for a while to get our beverage. No silverware was given when seated. We waited a significant time before someone returned and came to take our order. At the end of the meal, we encountered the same situation, waiting a significant amount of time to get our check.

First time actually eating here. Had take out before but you can't experience the whole Black Bear Diner effect with out sitting down and eating. The wait can be crazy sometimes from what I understand, but on this day we happened to get to the establishment with no major wait time. Only waited about 15mins. The service was amazing making sure we had what we needed when our food came out. Food was good, filling, and presented nicely. I'll definitely be coming back again to try different dishes.
