Customer service is amazing here. As far as food, I can only speak for their Meatball Parm Sub which I ordered twice from them. My first experience was not so good.... I don't like my sub roll toasted and I asked for them not to.... the person asked me, "Do you want the whole sandwich 'colc"?" I replied with "NO!!! I want hot food, I just don't wish to have the sub toasted. What did they give me? An ICE COLD sub! Of course I didn't find this out until I took it home and I wasn't going back out! SO..I nuked the sub which totally killed it. I thought I would give them another chance.. went back and asked for the same thing. THIS time, the employee explained they can't make the sub without toasting the roll!! They have one of those cookie cutter approaches to making their food... they put together a cold sub and it goes into one of those belts that automatically move the food through the oven (like Domino's). So I wasn't there to give anyone a hard time and said, okay.. I'll take it toasted. THIS employee said, "NO! You want a hot sub is not toasted.. then that's what you are going to get. I don't know how I'm going to work it but you are going to get what you want!" AND SHE DID!! She had a group of 4, sometimes 5 people around here because they didn't think she was going to pull it off! She did by taking the meatballs, cheese, and sauce in a container through the (what I call easy bake oven.. lol) and then put it in the sub!!! Now THAT is customer service! The sauce was excellent, the meatballs were good, the cheese was not cheap cheese.. very fresh. ------------------------------------------ Went back to try the pizza. Got a coupon for the "Boss of all Cheese Pizza". The photo on the coupon looked really yummy and I'm all about that. The pizza looked nothing like the photo! Not a big deal....it's the taste that matters. Brought it home.. still nice and hot and started to dig in. Pizza was good.. sauce good... cheese-fresh... dough? Not my favorite but it was a decent pizza. Marco's is an extremely CLEAN place, their customer service is just awesome, and it's a great place to take the family

I love Marcos Pizza I've been searching so long to find a pizza place that serves Old world pepperoni on their pizzas. I grew up on the old world style pepperoni it's a pleasure to finally find a place that does that. If anybody has the opportunity to try it please do you won't be disappointed. THANK YOU MARCO's

I ate here on the weekend made it till Tuesday and I wanted more, the owner was awesome super friendly, awesome hair, it was a quiet night for them when I walked in they gave me a cup told me to grab a drink and hang out for a minute while I waited on my food. I felt more like was at a friends house than a business. I normally don't do reviews but the experience was so pleasant it felt wrong not to say something!!
