Went inside the lobby . Wasn’t busy at all . Was able to take my time to see what I wanted to order. First time eating here . Burger was perfect , front counter person was helpful and polite. A little pricey, but worth it . Everything was made to perfection and not slopped out. 👍

I love the Big Carl. The best part is exchanging Zucchini for the French fries. Thete was a 0.50 charge. With my 10% military discount, the up charge was invisible.

thank you Mr. Hernandez...not only patient an helpful when it took a minute🙄to place our family takeout order...but ALSO caught us in the parking lot to bring our dessert which we left on the counter.😲 my first Angus burger an it was decent. though next time i'm gonna go Double burger.🤩🤩 it was that good.

By far the cleanest fast food restaurant in az. They have a new team that seems to work hard on cleaning and taking care of customers. Food was great and affordable. Though I wish their cali burger was bigger. Plenty of parking and well lit. Several entrances and drive thru. Great service and glad they got their team that will make this a better place to eat. Highly recommended.
