I ordered a Sausage McMuffin Breakfast Combo- comes with the breakfast sandwich, hash brown, coffee. I requested for black peppers, ketchup, 4 raw sugars for my coffee, and 4 creamers. The cashier told me that they don’t have black peppers. I told that will alright. Then a moment later the server called out my number and handed me my order. They never gave me my creamers and my sugar. I had to ask for it. Then I walk to the eating area. I unwrapped my sandwich then looked in the bag for ketchup, they didn’t give me any. I didn’t want to ask anymore. Then I preparing my coffee I noticed that they didn’t give some raw sugars and the coffee is cold. Don’t know what cause my order to be all wrong when I am the only customer at that moment. There weren’t busy and there no line for my order to be all that bad. Honestly I am thinking of getting up and them for a fresh cup of coffee but I figure why waste my time. There associates needs to read their customers order. They don’t get to decide for there customer. They also need to be detail oriented.

I have gone to this location many times, during my shopping trips. They are not the friendliest employees, but that’s to be expected in a busy environment. That being said, today I had the worst experience at any restaurant, period. I ordered a happy meal cheeseburger and asked for special sauce added on. The cashier was friendly enough, though she seemed kind of curious why I ordered a kids meal. Well I usually don’t like big portions, plus I like the Disney toys that come with them.
Anyhow, I got my cheeseburger and it had spicey sauce on it, believe me I know the difference. The fries were overdone also. I approached an employee and she and the manager both denied the sauce being spicy. I was gonna try to finish it, but couldn’t.
I asked for a refund and the manager, apparently, asked if I wanted it replaced. I said no. He then proceeded to grab my happy meal box out of hand and toss it in the trash, and then, get this, grabs the toy I had and put it back. I was appalled at his behavior! I did get my measly $5 refund, but seriously, this man was so rude, I even told him he shouldn’t have grabbed anything out of my hands like that.
I’m a customer and do not expect to be treated this way. So, that’s my day today.

I don't like to go to hard on some fast food spots. But this McDonald's was one of the worst I've been to. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, even though it wasn't that busy. The drinks are not self serve, and they don't have anyone running the drink station. The cashier that took my order, could not get the order right. After 10 minutes trying to explain what I wanted on my burgers, I just ordered them all plain. Was just fed up, and hungry. And my kids, which usually beg for fast food. Barely touched any of the food. They said it tasted bad and the buns were hard around the edges.

I got my food and I waited patiently. The thing about this McDonald’s is that they have a station for drinks. It has the order number and what drink they chose. At this point there was no guest but me waiting for a drink. And The Who seemed to be a higher up because of his button shirt was very rude and gave me attitude. When I approached nicely after waiting a horrible long line for my food

This McDonald's was below their regular level of par, by a long-shot...
Burger was made wrong to my order. Employee's were bickering at one another. This exact location obviously needs to look at their store leadership and find out exactly what is not working.

What a mess. Trashy. They still have the self serve drinks blocked off so employees have to go from the counter to the drink station to fill drinks. Clusters of people just standing around. I just ordered fries and it took forever. They are obviously short staffed (not their fault). The counter and lobby/waiting are are to small. It gets very busy very quickly. I would say it's badly managed but I think management has been asked to deal with impossible working conditions. McDonald's app says the store is closed so you can't order ahead, and it was only showing breakfast items.
