Domino's Pizza

first time I ordered it took so long their system automatically gave me a free pizza. and yes, it was cold. also the most inconsistent size slices I've ever seen. second time, there was meat on an otherwise vegetarian pizza. not a lot, like 2 pieces, so you could've missed it. honestly I think I missed the first one. anyways, not ordering here again.

This is probably the worst experience I've had getting pizza delivered. We asked for half and half. They basically just tossed the one half around without caring. Also barely even cut the pizza so when we tried to tear apart like you do, half of the pizza came apart. I basically had to use a fork for most of it Ridiculous!! not giving one star because it was still good but could have been from not eating all day

All the times I have order pizzas at this store they are never on time. Once the pizza and chicken were burned. Today the app gave me a time to get the order ready but again they take more time. They began to make the pizzas when I arrived to the store. I had to wait extra time. And finally when my order was ready, the pizzas were not what I ordered. I'll never order at this store anymore. The one at Mississippi Ave.in Aurora is truly different. Is much better than this one.

Last three orders wrong pizza or pizza burned. I refuse to have a delivery and choose to pick them up so I can see the pizza. The last two times they boxed burned pizzas and admitted they were burned. Blamed oven temp and difference between making pan pizza and regular crust. I have since changed my app to Papa Johns. Better quality control. Have filled out several “quality” surveys with no response. They have stopped advertising their guarantee.

The food was ready timely but my order was wrong I added jalapenos to my pizza and was charged for my additional toppings but they didn't put any of the toppings I paid for. They had onions in my wife's pasta but I had removed them, luckily she just doesn't like onions had she been allergic this could have been worse. The staff were friendly and working hard it was a rough night to be at work due to the weather being so bad. I had to pick up my order because there were no delivery drivers and again understandable due to bad weather but the major frustration, I should have realized at the time of my order, was the app ripped me to a store to order twice as far from my home... Again I should have double checked but was never a problem before. Overall I prefer dominoes but that order was the worst and most frustrating.

First off I ordered a pizza for pick up. And I went in at the latest pick up time and my order wasn’t even done. The lady said it would be 9 more minutes so when I went back I was told it would be another 9 minutes. When I finally get it and see the pizza it’s almost burnt and the way they cut it was totally off. The slices were all jagged and some pieces were like 4” wide while others were like 2” to 3” wide. Worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from this place unfortunately.

I thought I was in Wyoming for a moment cause this place is like Old Faithful! This location is always quick in a pinch. I have often placed orders with them late at night and their delivery has always been fast, what more do you need to hear? You already know what Dominoes tastes like if you like it just order already, grow up.
