Wendy's

This Wendy's is THE WORST! They have very poor customer service and never make it easy or enjoyable to get food there. One time, I tried to go there for my son, and they only had chicken nuggets. This time, I asked what kinds of sauce they had and I was ignored and given my total again. I went to the first window and revisited the sauce issue. Then, when I got to the final window, upon my initial inspection of the bag, I told the person that I didn't have the salad dressing. She then conferred with another person, who very nastily said it was in the bag. I did find it between the napkins, but they did not have to be so nasty. I always say I'm not going there anymore, but that's the last time. VERY poor customer service. They need a competent manager. Get better Wendy's.

I came to this location to pick up a doordash because the merchant themselves asked for someone to pick up the order and deliver . The instructions on the app was to go inside to pick up the food. When I got there the doors were locked and they said I have to use the drive thru. The drive thru line was leading out into the street. Instead of just handing me the order at the window or at the door. They only had like two or three people working, granted, but when they accepted, now 2 orders , it should’ve been made and packed to hand off . If I get any more order from here I’m Declining it .

Went here a few times to get food while working. Today I went in with my buddy and the kid at the counter who I’ve had ring me up a few times was amazing. His service was great and he’s super friendly too. His name is Xavier (I apologize if I spelled it wrong) but I wanted to take a second to recognize his hard work because too many times people complain but don’t speak up when someone is doing good. Keep up that hustle young man you’re doing great 💪.
