First time trying this restaurant. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't very good. The meat was dry. The BBQ sauce was spicy and we were only given one choice of sauces so I guess spicy is the only choice. The "bucket" of cornbread was three tiny pieces in a bucket for $7. Good cornbread but definitely not $7 worth. The picture makes the bucket look bigger than it is. The little cup of butter is a small container and the cornbread wasn't much bigger than the tiny cup. They have smash potatoes listed as a side in the menu but when it came it was basic mashed potatoes. We also tried the bread pudding and banana pudding. The banana pudding was good but the bread pudding was a slightly soft piece of bread with 2 scoops of ice cream. I wouldn't recommend the bread pudding. There wasn't any pudding on the plate because it was cooked too long and was solid. The wait staff were good and they were quick but the dinner was not impressive at all and we won't be back. The pictures of breakfast look better so many this place is good for breakfast instead. The meal pictured was over $70 before the tip. Definitely not worth the money.

I love this place!!! Great service all the time and the food never disappoints. To elaborate the staff is very kind, friendly, wont ignore you, and is on top of your order. The food, OMG the food!!! I’ve tried a few things on their menu and I haven’t been disappointed with anything I have tried. You have to try the Bloody Mary and the chicken haystack ( I think that’s the name). Also, love the patriotism. God bless American 🇺🇸

Very good and friendly people. Good food, had the stuffed French toast that is with cream cheese and orange 🍊 marmalade. It was topped with strawberries 🍓 and blueberries 🫐 and added some bananas 🍌. It was really good but it was a lot. The waitress was really nice and friendly. Had a Chi Tea Latte and it was really delicious. Prices were really reasonable. It was really busy and the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because the hostess forgot to put our name and phone number down and we waited a little longer than usual. But she fixed it by getting us a place to eat fast. I would recommend this place.

According to the website, happy hour extends to the weekend. The huge happy hour advertisement on the side of the building does not indicate any days. When we arrived, we inquired and were told that the happy hour menu was posted on a board inside. We ordered one appetizer with our entrees. Afterward, our server returned to tell us that the manager said there was no weekend happy hour and would not honor the happy hour pricing. The server was friendly and attentive. One of the entrees arrived with a pool of oil gathering on one end of the plate...not very appetizing. This was not our first time at Haymaker but today was definitely the worst experience there! Not sure if/when we will return.

We had a very good meal last evening. I enjoyed the Haymaker Benedict (breakfast is served all day). It was very tasty with its chipotle cream sauce. I would have preferred two eggs over easy on top, but there were no substitutions and the scrambled eggs on top were fine. My wife had the, Build Your Own Burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. My dad had pancakes and they were light and airy. My step mom had the 🥑 toast. She enjoyed it, but the poached eggs on top were over done. She said she would have it again, but with fried eggs on top. The service was outstanding. Rarely, did we have to ask for anything. Our server was attentive, efficient and, best of all, had a great sense of humor. It is wonderful to get service with a smile. It is a fun place to go for lots of menu choices done well and to watch a game. We all had a good view of last night's NFL game. Oh, and did I mention? They have a great selection of beers and a full bar.
