Tailgater's & Il Primo

Just visited Tailgaters on Estrella at about 5pm on Sunday afternoon.... can't rate anything beyond the customer service and cleanliness or what I felt was a lack there of. First coming in the door, the two young ladies at the door ignored us initially. After a couple of minutes of standing there, they acknowledged us, seated us and provided no menu's. The floor was greasy/slippery under my feet, and the table had not been wiped. We sat there for several minutes waiting for menu's. A gentleman came to our table without menu's and looking displeased. He proceeded to what I feel was rudely tell us that our coffees that had just been purchased in the same parking lot were not allowed..... we explained that we'd just got them at Ditch Bros... he said we could have put something in them.... We said thank you and left.... we didn't spend the $35.00 we'd have spent today, but will also never spend any of the future money we possibly could have spent with them. I understand that this may be a liquor license issue, but other options could have been presented. Also, a different demeanor brought to our table could have changed our experience, and possibly we'd have come again another time.

It now has five stars from me. We have been coming in for a year mind you the food and drinks are okay to good. But last night we had an awesome and caring server and the manager came out to apologize for the issue it was his fault. For the life of me I can not remember the female servers name but she was great. You guys had awesome staff on 31Jan22.

Love that you deliver in my area however disappointed in your services. Many times 45 mins has turned into two hours and order is so cold have to reheat. This time charger up charge for items and didn’t even get what I requested so half my meal will go in the garbage :( love you tailgaters but think it’s time for a break

I LOVED this place for a long time. After kids softball games, sports, and just hanging with friends, this was the spot. I don’t know what happened in the last year but service, managers, food, and a few bartenders have become less than desirable to say the least. Ordered fries while waiting for friends. 1 server on the patio on a big sports night. They came cold, no one cared. Manager was just grumpy. Servers clearly unhappy. This type of issues has happened the past few times I’ve been here. Wife doesn’t even want to come back now. I’m truly sad what has happened to my favorite sports bar.

I am not impressed with Tailgaters. The business was not busy while we were there. We walked right in & was seated right away. Our servers name was Shelby. We put in appetizers after we received our beers, which took forever to get. We were watching tables that sat after us, eat there appetizers & dinner before we even got our appetizers. It took an hour and ten minutes to get our appetizers. While we were waiting for our appetizers, our server was sitting at another table, chit-chatting. She never came over to our table to let us know that the appetizers were taking a long time & she would check on them. When we finally got our nacos, the top layer of chips were burnt. The pepperoni bites were delicious though. About 30 minutes later we got our dinner. My turkey bacon melt was cold, the Philly cheesesteak veggies were burnt, the Buffalo sandwich was okay, the chicken bacon ranch pizza was good, and the fries were delicious. Maybe if we had a better server, we may have had a a better experience.
