We usually have a pretty good experience here. Only minor thing is they don't always remove the onions on my kids cheeseburger. Other than that there isn't any issues and we prefer this location over the one on 377. Staff is always super nice!

There ok but the workers never get the orders right and always one of them has to have bad Attitude. The food is kinda good but the sodas there are always flat and warm.

Horrible food! It tasted fake. the ice cream machine was broken and same for 75% of their other locations. Somebody pls get Gordon Ramsay to fix this place. 👎

It had nothing to do with the customer service, that was fine. It was all about the "small" Big Mac and I do mean small. The patty size was as large as my kids burger, which is really sad. And the less than fresh fries. Powerade was good, so that's a plus.. 100% chance of never going to McDonald's again. Quality went downhill.

Went up to the counter and an employee named John rushed up to help. John was so helpful and patient. What an outstanding asset to your company. He makes the customers feel important!

We never ever get the right order. Every time we go through, I pay extra for cheese on my McChicken and I have never gotten it. Same with frappes and drinks - it is never the right one. We live right down the road, but I rather go to the McDonald's at HEB than this one.

Worse McDonald's ever. Rude employees and don't try to go through thier drive thru with a trailer. They all need to be fired and start from new, with a fresh crew.

Went through at 10 pm. Ice cream machine is "broken" when the woman said that, I laughed in disbelief and she returned the same laugh. It is such a joke for that to continue to be an issue for this organization. Take it off the menu if you can't manage it.
