Wendy's

I really enjoy eating at Wendy's. They have outstanding burgers and their French fries are second only to McDonald's (if you can get them hot). I also like their chicken sandwiches bot spicy and plain. I love their salads when I can get them. The one drawback I am seeing lately is the price. Apparently inflation is hitting them hard and they are passing it all down to the customer.

I don't normally review fast food places, but tonight Wendy's went above and beyond in service recovery. I came in for supper, ordered up their harvest salad. A while after I ordered and paid the front counter member waved me over. They didn't have the harvest salad. He was very apologetic. Offered up any other salad. I was good with the change, all their salads are excellent. I picked the apple one and he offered up a shake for my inconvenience... I'm trying to eat slightly more healthy. He was very insistent that I get something so I went with a small fry. He was happy to get me a large fry and offered to bring my meal out to me. I get the salad and it is HUGE! Tastes great. Couldn't be happier. Thanks for the above and beyond in a "speed over service" type of dining experience.

I called there and the guy on the phone says the premium burgers are buy one get one free but then once you get in drive-thru and order them get you the window it's another story the girl at the window says oh no that's only on the Dave's single? You would think two people working there would know the same job? Well obviously the person answering the phone should be a manager right? And he doesn't know the price of the special of his own burgers?
