Pizza Hut

I called being very frustrated about how I had been trying to order delivery online for weeks but the store that delivered to me kept saying it wasnt aloud. I was greeted by an employee that sent me to the other store location to deal with my issue. Still frustrated I call the other location and Janet answers, and she was so friendly and understanding. It was really hard to stay angry when I was treated with such wonderful customer service. They truely treat every guest with exceptional service.

We were visiting my brother from out of town and decided to celebrate his accomplishment by going to a nearby restaurant, and just happened to be the Grand Forks' Pizza Hut. The restaurant is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. The tables were full of crumbs and were sticky. We asked the young woman at the till to please come wash our table, but she ignored us. My mom and I had to use cheap paper towels and soap from their disgusting bathroom to clean our table, but it was still sticky after the fact! Their pizza was mediocre and it felt like we were eating sloppy joes because the sauce made the pizza soggy and the sauce got EVERYWHERE. We left before closing time. The young woman, who I mentioned earlier, "cleaned" the salad bar by wiping all the crumbs and little pieces of lettuce to the floor with a dry paper towel. I understand doing so if she had plans to vacuum immediately afterwards, but the carpet was FULL of old food, and was collecting loose hairs and dust... You get the picture... Absolutely gross and nasty. If I could, I'd rate this Pizza Hut a 0 out of 10. Someone needs to inspect that restaurant and close it down.
