Moved to this area a few days ago. I ordered delivery thru my 7NOW app. I needed ice because my refrigerator had not arrived yet, further, I also added a few things to the order, totally 28.00. The store charged my card, my delivery never came and no one would answer the phone at the store. I had to call 7NOW the next day to start a reversal for my money back. You’d think if you CAN’T deliver because Maybe a third party vender never showed up to pick the order up, the store would reverse the charge??? I miss my previous 7-11. After this experience I’ll never go to this GP store and I’ll likely never use 7NOW app again.

Went in here and got gas, and I love this location. However, I recently went in and got gas, older White Lady was following me around then I forgot to put my phone #. After I payed I told her, and her response was “well it’s not going to do anything anyway.” I got my receipt and left. Her service was poor. Everyone else is usually friendly. I forgot her name, I think it started with a C. But she was terrible. Unfriendly. Rude.

I love coming to this location even though I live closer to the other one across this location. Griselda and Jason were BOSSES this 2/29 leap year $2.29 pizza special, I'm glad I pre-ordered when I did. Kudos to them with their customer service requests and upkeep of inventory! Nothing on their part but those boxes could have been sturdier.

I usually enjoy this location. This morning I had an experience that was more than disappointing to begin my day. I reviewed all the warnings on the walls and no warning about cell phones posted. Now I have an associate approach me to put my phone up. Then while taking photos of the post cause I am sure you realize what I am doing she says Can I help you? And my reply was no you can't but I have taken photos of the tank with no indication of phones not being used.

The hot dogs were old and the cashier said you saw it when you ordered. It is not my job to maintain fresh products. Also the fresh topping bar was old, I've never seen fresh green peppers slimy. The only good defense the cashier had was that the soda was ok so why do you need to return that. HELLO!!!! BECAUSE I'M RETURNING THE MEAL I ORDERED.

One of the reasons I still come here is because of the slurpees, because we all know Burger Kings machine is always broke ~ lol And the other is because of this little lady named Li- Ping, I love her cheerful attitude, if you walk in, in the morning you will here GOOD MORNING,or if it’s after noon you hear HELLOOOO!! and it makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. She’s always in a great mood and asks if you found everything you need, she will even warm up a cold breakfast sandwich for you and is always nice and helpful. I wish I could say the same about the rest of them. Sadly the rest of the reviews are true, lazy not carrying staff. The Mexican girl just stares at you like your gonna steal something and the heavy set white woman is just rude. The cleaning is a hit and miss sometimes it’s nice and clean and others well pretty dirty. Also true about the hot dogs, sometimes they don’t have any warm buns, the so called fresh food is not so fresh and I tried the pizza once and I’ll pass on it, no Thank you. The donuts are pretty good. There is an older white man and he is pretty nice and a Indian man I believe his name is Moe and he has always been nice also, but the rest of them SMH 🤦‍♀️
