Creams Cafe Harlow

The waffle was lovely and the staff made it to my liking i.e the toppings. The shop had lovely atmosphere and was close to the public car park as well. The decorations of this cream was way different from what I’m use to seeing at the other creams. The hanging skate board and the bike gives it a cool street vibes. The only down side I would say if you are going for a street vibe the music is the main part of it. When you enter there is a speaker right on the roof which wasn’t working that well. But hey that’s my personal preference. Apart from that good and fresh food and nice chilling vibes with all the decorations.

I do really like this place but it can be a bit haphazard. You enter the shop and often there is no one there to show you to the table. Then the queues are ambiguous - you could be standing in a queue but someone could cut you off from the side and the staff remains oblivious to it. When it’s busy it can sometimes take 30 minutes to get your order. But the staff itself is very friendly, very accommodating and the stuff is really good though. I wasn’t crazy about the cookie dough freakshake (pictured) but the others are much better and so yummy. Also, if you order anything more than a scoop of ice cream, the presentation is really well done. Glad to have Creams in Harlow! Just work on some of those things I mentioned above so it doesn’t feel like an ice cream parlour in a developing country from the 80s :D
