Arby's

What an embarrassment for a so called restaurant business. Tried ordering through drive-thru on Tuesday @ 11:24 am. An automated message played saying to come back during business hours. I proceeded to park my car and go into the restaurant. Surprise, door was locked, yet two employee cars were in the parking lot. I called customer service who offered a “make it right card.” I stated I wanted to speak the district manager. I was informed if I wanted to go that route, I could not receive the “make it right card.” Sounds a bit like bribery. Excuse me but if a store manager and district manager can not make sure their business is open everyday for the 6 - 7 hour window they operate in, both should be fired. District manager should be there every day until they can get it right. This is the third time this has happened in the month of May. Then again corporate office obviously does not care either as their office has a 1.5 star review. Two business days later, still no phone call. No longer have my business, case closed.

Like everyone, they are having trouble hiring so only the drive-thru was open when we went but I decided I needed to write a review because they always get our orders right. I am not sure if it's the manager or an employee but for as long as I can remember, I always see the same man at the drive-, thru window. He is so nice and always says "Bless you and have a nice day" and he is truly sincere. He just makes your day a little more pleasant.

It is way to hard to get help in this place. I came for lunch on 7/2/2022 and Google says that they finally reopened indoor dining after more then 2 years with Covid. I tried to get in the door and it was locked, tried the other door it was locked too, then a lady who was smoking outside said they are drive thru only, well if your too short staffed to at the very least offer carryout, they put a freaking sign on the doors how hard is that, i don't drive I'm a bus commuter so that really made me angry, you have no idea how HARD it is for a bus commuter like me, to go to a Arbys during covid because everywhere you go, all the Arbys are drive thru only. The reason i gave 3 stars is that i walked to the drive thru window and they actually took my order, and it was delicious.

They would not allow anyone to come inside and after going through the drive-thru in ordering to French dip meals we left the drive-thru and not only were our fries and sauce is not included in the bag but there was no juice for the French dip and when we went back to ask about it they said that they were out of it but we weren't told that when we ordered we would have ordered something else! Some of the staff was quite rude as well
