It’s crazy how I see more people complaining about the service but have yet to understand the pressure we’re on!!!! If you have an issue with the food, then don’t eat here it’s simple as that!!!! On the other Hand I worked over a year with them and we have had customers like some of you complaining about this or that and instead of some of y’all calling or going back to the store to get a refund! Some of y’all choose to bash the company on google or else where thinking that’s gonna stop people from coming there!!!! Don’t get me wrong I have help a lot of the customers even went out of my way something I don’t have todo but I did to satisfy your wrong finding with our food! Or our customer service! I as an ex employee and one of the best employees they have had will recommend that everyone else try it once again and see if you like it, if you don’t then just like anywhere else you can take your money and go somewhere else to eat!!!! Rewind ex employee because I have moved out of state not because I got fired or did anything wrong just needed a new change that’s all! For those out there who do love Jimmy John’s keep coming back and we will continue todo better!!!!!

i've been standing here for five minutes and they haven't even started my sandwich. there's only two employees here edit: okay i just left. it literally took them twelve minutes 😠 update: two days later.. apparently they just ignore online orders, i ordered from work and walked down 5mins later, the only girl there was sitting at a table on her phone and hadn't even seen the sandwich order until i walked in

This was the worse experience ever. My husband is from Philly so he ate there several times in Philly and said they were excellent. We rode past a Jimmy John's on 2nd st in Harrisburg today, he convinced me to try it. We ordered 2 giant subs and they were horrible. No onions and no meat. I've never seen an Italian sub with only 2 pieces of meat on it. So I called to talk to the manager. Explained everything instead of apologizing he literally argued with me. Horrible food and horrible rude unprofessional service. You want good food and service go to Naples

This place was great. Everyone there was friendly. We stopped for some beverages and a sub during a Pokemon hunting expedition, and the lovely staff charged my phone while we hung out. Pokestop for Level 2 lounge next door can be hit from the dining room, and the open air bar across the street has a Michael Jackson cover band we easily enjoyed from the seating outside. Open till crazy late too.

Sub was dry. They didn't ask what I wanted on my Italian sub. I asked for banana peppers. Guy who made sub said he liked them on hiis subs too. Had they asked I would have asked for oil and vinegar. I had to stand at end of counter to see what he was doing. They had a metal partition behimd the glass that blocked the view. I would suggest that they ask questions as to what the customer wants. Had they, I wouldn't be writing this negative review.
