I ordered the jerk chicken with peas and rice and fried plantains and a jerk chicken patty. Everything was very good. Make sure they hit you with the jerk sauce and don't be afraid to go spicy, it's not too bad. The woman who served me was very friendly and the prices were fair for this big of a meal. I'm a big dude and couldn't eat it all!

Tonight, I had the jerk wings. I ordered a 10 piece, and I should have ordered more. They were seasoned just right and were amazing with every bite. I am so glad they are not just opened on Thurs-Sat in the Broad Street Market anymore. You can get your fix on any time of the week now.

Went there twice. Got oxtails the first time and curry chicken the 2nd time. B
oth could use some more Seasoning. The lady was also very rude to me. It doesn't hurt to smile and be decent to your customers. The food and service is definitely not worth my money.

Horrible ,my husband just purchased 2 small curry chicken platters , it was barely any chicken it was all bones , there was no cabbage , I go there once a week and usually the food is perfect. Today it was horrible. I guess there getting lazy.

Food is way too expensive and not even good, as a Puerto Rican women and having a Haitian Husband this Jamaican food is terrible, rice is either mushy or hard. We gave it the benefit of the doubt a few time since there isn’t much authentic Caribbean food in Pennsylvania but it’s always a letdown, definitely not worth it! The staff is always rude, best part about this place is the patties.

2/9/22 - 6th St location: I am ashamed to say this FOOD GAVE ME SEVERE DIARRHEA and it was the ONLY food I'd eaten today. I had the curry GOAT, mushy rice/peas, mushy plantains. Invest in parchment paper to separate the plantains from the entree'.
The government businesses on 6th are opening in the near future and I surely hope Porters House is on its P&Q's for taste, quality and service.

Tonight I was at Porter House at their new location. Great food and great vibes. This is a real authentic yard food. The staff and ownership are amazing.
