Burger King

We had to go through the drive thru since it was after 5pm on a Sunday but the very long line moved quickly. I again was traveling with the "difficult" diner who decided to demand our sandwiches come out hot about 4 times in a row & then upon driving to the last window to pick up our food, the difficult diner very rudely asked a whole different crew member if he knew if the sandwiches were hot as demanded 4 times to the order taker!!!! Of course, I knew the end result had to be hot sandwiches because of the short length of time total from order giving to picking up the food! I have a lot of respect for the people working with the public every day because there are some extremely rude, demeaning, people who expect the world to bend at their feet!

It was clean & good & well kept up with too but as for the food, & how fast they went, & the time i had to wait, was not good enough they don't know how to move and or get around communication wasn't quite there enough both times i went totally suck. Could had did much better, & kept up with moving food and getting out the food too.

For now the fifth time I checked on your app to confirm the store had ghost pepper nuggets only to show up and even though it's being advertised they don't have them. It's noon and they said they're out. Just like every other store. So I decided since I'm starving to at least get a spicy chicken. No pickles. Could barely bite into it it was so dry. Not even hot. Furthermore the person taking our order was completely disinterested in their job. Order #403. Worst burger king experience I've had.

The worst customer service that I have seen in a fast food restaurant, I ordered a big king and for the simple fact that I told him that I was missing a piece of meat in my sandwich, they began to fight and talk shitt only cuz said that the have to talk class before become a manager they act like they don’t care about customers. Lear have to deal with people or work on something else

I would honestly like to give this place no stars. Got a whopper with cheese first thing i ordered and got home and its not in there. Workers made me wait in line for 10 mins to wait and not get my food. It happens alot here too I just tried it after not having Burger King for years cause of that same exact Burger King. If they weren't playing around on the inside they probably would of got my order right.
