Bojangles

I consider myself a Bojangles connoisseur and the one in Harrisburg,NC is by far the best Bojangles! Every single time I eat there, no matter what I order, it’s always perfection. This morning was no exception! I had a sausage and gravy biscuit with an extra sausage patty and it did not disappoint! The Bojangles in China Grove,NC could learn a lot from you guys! Don’t let me forget to mention that they always have service with a smile too! Thanks guys for making my Monday morning a lot better!

My friend and I went here and simply ordered two cinnamon biscuits, a large Mountain Dew, and a medium half and half tea. The lady sounded like she was confused by the order. I told her what it was again, just so she heard me. What we received were two overcooked cinnamon biscuits with barely any icing on them, and a sweet tea. The only item they got right was the large Mountain Dew. I had to dump my tea out because it was way too sweet (hence why I get a half sweet half unsweetened tea). Not cool!

I’m giving a one start review for sanitation!!!! Usually, I go through the drive-through but this time I had to run inside. It was absolutely disgusting to see how dirty behind the counter was. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but when you arrive at 7:30 in the morning and the place is already filthy, there’s a problem! Looked like 3 day old food stuck on everything

Feel bad for them, they just don't seem to be able to get the hang off this simple job. Make sure the food is hot and viola! That goofball of a manager, as much attitude as he has along with hefty at drive thru window - just why? Is it a race thing? Is it because I know I want crispy bo rounds and that makes you pay a little more attention to your job? I also don't appreciate the grown male manager calling me baby either, be more appropriate with customers. Every single time , I have to ask them to remake my food. Pity the uneducated is all i can say.
