I've worked fast food, so I know that when you're busy, cleaning falls to the wayside for a bit... but this place is a whole other level of dirty. The fact that the place was nearly empty only makes it worse. Now, I won't blame the employees for the fact that the wallpaper is peeling and there's mold growing on the wall and ceiling, they can't help that. But every surface needs cleaned. The bathrooms are bad, the windows, the employee door to lead to the kitchen is covered in a thick layer of scum. The food definitely wasn't worth returning for. But honestly, unless they demo'd the whole place and brought in all new appliances and building materials, I'm not sure what good a scrub would do, and I'm not sure our health isn't being risked by eating here. I genuinely wouldn't be shocked if it was teaming with bugs or rodents. It's really that dirty. If I were the franchise owner, I would be embarrassed. KFC Corp needs to step in and fix this place, badly.

This place is run by a gentleman by the name of Mike, he indicated that he's the GM, on Wednesday 1/26 I went to this KFC and ordered (12) piece wings and what I received was a tray of wing elbows mixed with what appeared to be (4) flat parts of the wings which all had been over cooked and extremely hard, literally cooked to a crunch, attention: you don't have to fry chicken until it is unrecognizable. Last but not least the GM Mike acted like he was unsure of what to do about the situation🤷🤷 beware this is the absolute worst KFC I have ever been to, if I could rate it 0 stars I would, this place is horrible

Chicken was a little burnt the 1st time I ordered and the Pot Pie had been sitting too long!! I wanted to To Try because heard it it's under New Management. Covid has Destroyed Restaurant Help made them lazy .. no one wants to Work!! Well, not this young fellow serving me at the Window when I went back the 2nd time ... You didn't Give me my Mt. Dew but Your Personality was Wonderful!! So I overlooked it!! My 3 piece with 2 Breasts & 1 wing was Extremely Better the 2nd time Around. Thanks so much!!

The food was excessively greasy. The box was soaked through and leaking with grease. The entire time we were there, no one came out to clean the tables. There were plenty of people on staff, and it wasn't busy. They were just standing in the back. EVERY SINGLE table was dirty. We had to sanitize our own table before we could eat. The floor was covered with spilled gravy and food debris. Also, one of the associates came up to the register to talk to someone who apparently knew a few people on staff and she pulled a vape pen out of her pocket and took a puff right there behind the counter. The bathroom was nasty too. It just looked like a disaster. I'm never expecting fine dining when I go to a KFC, it's fast food... but it doesn't need to be THAT disgusting. Especially when we're still dealing with COVID.

Cold food and no customer service! They take no responsibility for cooking food if you order there uber! They blame it on the delivery! If you want decent warm food maybe order it yourself! After telling the manager that my wings were old all he could tell me is contact Uber Eats! That Thier contract!
