Taco Bell

There must be new management or staff. First time in years without a rack of errors. Normally there are always orders done incorrectly, sauces forgotten, horrible wait time. Not so during my last trip. Our crunchwrap, cheesy gordita crunch, taco, nacho and drinks were all perfect. Only minor complaint is the potatoes were a tad overcooked. Congrats to whoever is getting this place up to par. It's lovely to be able to look forward to my order vs dreading finding out what may possibly be screwed up this time. Props to the employees currently there that seem to actually care about accuracy and quality. Thank you. It really does make a difference.

at around 10 tonight my bf came thru the drive thru and watched the car in front of him get his order and watched it get handed back and forth just for that car take the drink and get the food that was actually hers. he got to the window and was charged more then what he was told originally then was told that he didn't have the wrong order after telling the staff multiple times that the order he was handed wasn't right and once he'd finally told that he'd gotten the right food he opened it and only got one thing he had ordered with some coupons for some free tacos.. not sure how thats how you fix things but i know from now on we wont be going back...

Good location but first time I highly disappointed with this location Taco Bell. Mannerless staffs. Arguing each other. Not giving proper response. Potato taco was not fresh. Hard like a peace of wood. Gave it back to the lady who delivered the order as an evidence. So surprised to see for this small scale business, there are two General Managers plus three Managers but got worst food and service ever in my life.

I’m left wondering how many reviews of the poor service and food quality I have to leave before the owner of this establishment figures out that their people need retrained and their food needs quality control. While I’m trying hard to not be irritated cause I know we’re still in the middle of a pandemic and finding employees let alone good employees is difficult but honestly the pics speak for themselves. Not only was it bad I legitimately asked for their Fire sauce. They didn’t have any but offered the others so I said I would take some of each. I watched the prompt in the drive thru for 10 packets each of 3 sauces get added. Guess what was not in the bag.... wait for it.... sauce. I’m over this place. $30 not well spent on sub par crunch wraps for the family.

They close the lobby super early any chance they get and blame it on being short staffed when really they are just being lazy. They close the lobby and then you can see like six of them standing around inside talking to each other near the drive-thru window. It's not a one-time thing. It's an everyday thing. And it's absolutely because they are lazy. Drive by one evening to have a look and you'll see the lobby locked up and you'll see them OVERSTAFFED. Seriously. Try it. Drive by any night of the week. They do it every single night. They are just lazy. I can tell several stories about their terrible customer service too, but this review is already kind of long.
