Great restaurant got alot for what I paid this is one of the best Captain D's I've ever had in a long time got good size portions for my meal I recommended this restaurant to anyone

Food is fine but be careful, little old ladies work there and have no patients, I understand. My mom just can’t order food, she asks a lot of questions but woah this cashier was not having it. Food is what you expect, restaurant is clean and tidy. Just kinda made me laugh. I will be back after a long while

The staff was friendly. Price is in line with the industry. We didn’t wait long for food, and it was good as always. We eat here every other month. We enjoy jt.

The last two times I have been here the food was no good. This place cost too much money to get home and realize the food is nasty. Something has changed and it has changed for the worse. I’ll look over this place just like I look over bojangles in Hartwell. Never will visit again and waste money.

Went through the drive thru and was helped very quickly, was asked about appropriate sauces and sides. Service was quick and the help was polite and pleasant, order came quickly and was hot and fresh and the bag had appropriate items ( forks, napkins), very satisfied.

Horrible! Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes no one come to take our order, we blew the horn and then drove up to the window and still no one! We had to call the store just to get them to acknowledge us. Then they come to us and said they was closed.

Spent $30 on 2 plates just to get home and have chicken strips instead of the chicken I ordered. Then I call to speak to a manager and was hung up on! Needless to say, I don't recommend the place and won't return myself!!.

First time ever I went through this Captain D’s and had a bad experience. All the condiments had cocktail sauce all over them that had dried up many moons ago. Other than that the meal was pretty good.
I’m just used to excellent Service as well as cleanliness and food at the Dahlonega branch and the north Georgia branch.
Very sad to see it go downhill like this.
